This 50-minute class is aimed at people who are interested in Pilates and don’t know where to start. In the class you will learn how to practise Pilates correctly and easily anywhere. The exercises are gentle and can help you improve your posture and release stiffness. Everyone in this class will be in the same boat, so questions are welcomed! All exercises are clearly demonstrated and explained by me; I will happily go over everything as many times as you need, to help you get the most out of the class.
I have a 12-hour cancellation policy; if you were to cancel with less than 12hrs notice, you would still pay for the session.
