EMPOWERING WOMEN TO FEEL HEALTHY, HAPPY, AND STRONG

As a personal trainer, I believe that all women deserve to feel healthy, happy, and strong. I'm passionate about empowering women to take charge of their health and reconnect with their bodies, especially during big life transitions such as pregnancy, new motherhood, and menopause. With my training programs, I strive to provide a supportive environment where women can achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.

MEET AMY!

I am a level 3 certified personal trainer with additional qualifications in Pilates (level 3), pre-and post-natal Pilates; pre-and post-natal exercise; pelvic floor and core health; and menopausal, peri-menopausal and post-menopausal health. I love being able to share my knowledge with women who want to prioritise their well-being and to help them alleviate any specific health concerns.

I know that my clients have real lives outside of the time we spend together, so I try to be as flexible as possible to make sure busy ladies can fit in their PT sessions, and little ones are always welcome to come along and watch!  I’m here to help you reach your goals – whatever they are – with specialised support, no judgment and as much fun as possible.

Whatever healthy, happy and strong looks like for you – I’m here to help you achieve it. No matter what else life’s throwing at you!

AMY'S BACKGROUND

I’m 44 and have lived in the Crystal Palace area for around 17 years. For most of my life, I’ve had some sort of exercise routine on the go, and I took up my main sport, running, about 11 years ago after injuring my shoulder in a netball game. I also work as a freelance fitness journalist, balancing personal training and writing about fitness (plus all the scoops on the latest techniques, equipment and apparel!).

Seven years ago, my best friend had a baby and, soon after, I started working out with her a few times every week to help her get back into shape. This spurred me on to take a further qualification in pre-and post-natal fitness, giving me the know-how and experience to help keep women strong during their pregnancy and help them get back into shape post-natally.
