I have been doing Amy’s post natal Pilates class and thoroughly enjoy it. Although it has been over zoom she is very personable and keeps a close eye on technique. She is always full of general post natal health and well-being tips too and happy to focus on a particular issue in the session if asked. I would happily recommend her sessions to get you feeling reconnected with your body after having a baby.
