Welcome to Breakfast Club

Join me for LIVE 
15-minute online fitness classes x3 per week!

Want to get fit but don't have time? That's where Breakfast Club comes in! Join our small online group to feel better, fitter and healthier without having to disrupt your whole routine or even leave the house. 

We start at 7am (or 6.55am if you want to join in the warm-up) and it’s all done in 15 minutes. We have all levels of fitness in the group so you can be sure you will get a good workout, whether you're starting from scratch or are already used to a bit of cardio in your life.

Members of Breakfast Club love it for the ease of joining, the time-efficient workouts and the fun of sharing a routine with others. 

All sessions are taught by me (read more about me here), and I offer variations on everything, showing you how to make an exercise more challenging, or how to ease it up a bit, depending on your body that day. And if you can't make the live session, you will receive a recording to follow in your own time (available for 7 days).

Membership is £50 per month and includes a few perks such as recipe downloads and beginner weight-lifting tutorial videos.

Dance Class

Join me every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7am and get your body into a routine. Sessions are 15 minutes (20 with warm-up; recommended) and suitable for all levels of fitness - this is about moving your body and being consistent! We will be working on cardio for heart health and bone strength. 

  • Fifteen minutes from 7am - all done by 7.15am and you're ready to start the day!

  • All online via Zoom; workout in the comfort of your own home!

  • Menopause-suitable workouts

  • Recordings available for seven days to catch up if you can't make a session

  • Free access to a library of pre-recorded mini sessions using weights, for beginners, to follow in your own time

  • All this for just £50 per month
