​​Join me every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7am and get your body into a routine. Sessions are 15 minutes (20 with warm-up; recommended) and suitable for all levels of fitness - this is about moving your body and being consistent! We will be working on cardio for heart health and bone strength.
