Hi, I'm Amy from Amy Curtis Fitness
I am 46 and have spent the last eight years working in women's health and fitness, helping women train according to their hormones and work with their bodies for positive, lasting change. I hold menopause and pelvic health qualifications from Burrell Education, Dr Stacy Sims and Dr Sarah Duvall at CES. My own menopause journey is just beginning, so it feels like the right time to be nurturing a new community that I can relate to! I can't wait to meet you, to share what I know (and swap menopause stories!) and help you feel healthy, happy and strong through your menopause experience!
